Milling

Within the milling department a wide range of sizes and geometries can be accommodated with the versatility of both CNC and manual machines.  As with all operations we continue to strive in utilizing the best strategy possible to achieve this process. In addition, the versatility of programming offline using FUSION 360 in CAD/CAM for our Mazak CNC's has expanded our capabilities to include simultaneous 4th axis indexers and 5 axis operations.  A brief summary of each machine can be found below... 

CNC MILLS: 

• 1 MAZAK VARIAXIS (5 axis) - 33” X-axis, 21” Y-axis, 20” Z-axis 
• 2 MAZAK NEXUS 410B's (4th axis indexer) - 30” X-axis, 16” Y-axis, 20” Z-axis 
• 1 HURCO BM30 (4th axis indexer) - 30” X-axis, 18” Y-axis, 24” Z-axis 

MANUAL MILLS: 

• 6 BRIDGEPORT SERIES 1 - 42” X-axis, 9” Y-axis
